Maybe it's another bug.. They are both BOP. If you are lower lvl char you can still get them by running through cave from Zangarmarsh, you will get attacked by spiders in the cave but just keep going and if you die you rez at Toshley's Station which is very handy :.

Drop rate is pretty good and nobody farm it on Lightning's Blade, making them easier to farm than basilisk meat. Meat drops from the mobs as listed on thottbot. Hope this could help some people, we grind all kind of meat for our raids, it's usefull. Also you can buy the recipe for Mok'Nathel Shortribs raptor meat 20stam 20spirit.
