Pros Lots of celebrations. Cons Pay. It was ok. Pros Company provided lunches, basketball court, off by 3pm. This place used to be fully staffed and the workers were not overwhelmed with the amount of work given to them. Lately, due to change in management from both corporate and retail, it's only gotten worse each day. Full time staff are overworked, part timers keep getting screwed over, management loves to act like nothing has changed by dumping so much work onto everyone and company walks are only there to keep management on their toes, only for the blame to be shifted onto the employees.
Pros Breaks, Lunches, Health Insurance. Cons Management, Pay, Overworked. I was told I would get full time in a month, been here 4 months still nothing. This place is a joke. High turn over rate. No security for safety or theft. They only care if you get them more home depot credit cards.
Pros Great break system, lax wadrobe restrictions. Cons Dusty, dirty, no security, no discounts, terrible computer system. I worked all over the store, from cashier to plumbing to paint to hardware to garden, you name it. You're supposed to get a break every couple of hours but sometimes I would work 12 hours straight without a break or lunch.
